Booking conditions
No activity or tour can be considered booked until written confirmation and its associated confirmation number have been communicated by our reservations department.

All our tours and activities are subject to availability until the time of confirmation. There are time and date restrictions depending on the specifics of each tour (i.e., site opening hours, national holidays, general strikes and/or force majeure)

Tour and activity rates are currently based on the present legislation and price policy of each individual site and museum. Endelia reserves the right to adjust current rates in cases of revised legislation by the Greek state that affects the entry fees and/or other relevant charges.

For customized activities kindly communicate the request to us in writing, outlining the number of participants, estimated duration and sites you wish us to include.

In cases when outstanding circumstances prevent the completion or content of a tour due to lack of communication from the client (i.e., mobility issues, allergies/dietary restrictions etc.) no refund will be issued.
